My hub is Home Assistant. Dashboards are custom but leverage Mushroom cards. Note: video may trigger your Alexa 😉

Python touchscreen hub + MQTT to interact with Home Assistant. 3D-printed NFC disks + the TagReader NFC integration to make music selection feel physical.
Touchscreen Interface "HomeScreen"
Touchscreen controller for lights, cameras, thermostat and calendar. Runs on a Pi Zero with a Python UI, talks to Home Assistant for commands and device status.

A custom-built physical remote based on The Everything Remote, featuring custom icons, tailored Home Assistant integrations, and ESPHome tweaks to fit my setup.
